Develora OÜ Privacy Policy
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This document (the policy) explains how and on what basis Develora OÜ (the developer) processes your personal data when using the website www.rohekodu.ee (the website) or in the case you have expressed a wish to use the services offered by the developer and/or to conclude a contract with the developer.
1.2. The legal basis for such processing of personal data is the processing of personal data for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art 6(1)(b)).
1.3. The controller responsible for personal data is Develora OÜ, registry code 11697441, address F. R. Kreutzwaldi 4, 10120 Tallinn, email address info@develora.ee.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
2.1. We collect data related to website usage in accordance with the “Cookies” section of the policy.
2.2. If you wish to obtain more information about a service through the website, we collect and process the following personal data – the user’s first and last name, email address, phone number and the questions or inquiries submitted. Inquiries can be submitted by filling in the corresponding contact form or by sending an email to the addresses given on the website. For preparing an offer we also use data obtained from a credit information inquiry about the company.
2.3. Prior to concluding a real estate purchase agreement we process the following data submitted by the person: first name, last name, personal identification code, marital status, email address, residential address, phone number.
2.4. In the case of physical presence on Rohekodu territory we may process your image and activities that are visible in the territory’s video surveillance areas.
2.5. If you are on Rohekodu territory at a time when the developer has organised a client day or other public event, your image and activities may be processed as video and photo recordings.
3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
3.1. We use the personal data mentioned in the previous section:
3.1.1. data submitted in the contact form to contact the person;
3.1.2. data collected prior to concluding the purchase agreement for the preparation, conclusion and performance of the contract, including, if necessary, performing warranty work.
4. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
4.1. Processing of data on the basis of the contact form takes place at the request of the data subject.
4.2. Processing of data of persons used for the preparation and conclusion of a real estate purchase agreement takes place on the basis of the data subject’s request and legitimate interest.
4.3. Processing of personal data for the performance of the purchase agreement takes place on the corresponding basis – performance of the contract.
5. DATA RETENTION
5.1. We retain personal data as long as it is necessary:
5.1.1. for delivering services and information
5.1.2. for communicating in the case of submitted inquiries
5.1.3. for ensuring the exercise of choices and rights
5.2. Pursuant to the obligation arising from the Accounting Act we retain information related to accounting documents for 7 years from the end of the corresponding financial year.
5.3. Anonymised technical data collected on the website is retained indefinitely.
6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
6.1. The data subject has the right to:
6.1.1. access their personal data and obtain information about the processing;
6.1.2. request rectification of their data if the data are inaccurate;
6.1.3. request erasure of their data if the controller processes the data subject’s data without a legal basis;
6.1.4. temporarily restrict processing;
6.1.5. have their data transferred to another controller under certain conditions;
6.1.6. object to the processing under certain conditions;
6.1.7. lodge a complaint.
7. COOKIES
7.1. What are cookies?
7.1.1. Cookies are small text files consisting of letters and numbers. They are downloaded and stored on your computer or other device, for example a phone or tablet, when you visit the website. Cookies may be used for several purposes:
7.1.1.1. To obtain feedback: Cookies allow website owners to collect information about which pages you visit and to obtain feedback on the functioning of the website.
7.1.1.2. To store data: Cookies may store the data you have entered, for example username or preferred language settings.

7.2. Cookie expiration periods
7.2.1. The developer uses several types of cookies that differ in purpose of use and expiration period. With regard to expiration period the developer uses two types of cookies:
7.2.1.1. Persistent cookies are for tracking your movement on the website and collecting statistics in order to make the website better. Persistent cookies are stored for up to 24 months, but if you wish you can delete all cookies stored on the device. You can familiarise yourself with more precise expiration periods on the “Cookies” tab. The main purposes of persistent cookies are: identifying the browser, providing the service, website security and service integrity, user statistics and analysis, analysis of user needs.
7.2.1.2. Session cookies are stored only temporarily for the duration of the website visit. Session cookies allow the website to remember your previous choices (for example username, language selection etc.) and thereby provide more effective and personalised functions.
7.3. Purposes of using cookies
7.3.1. Cookies allow the developer to provide, develop and protect services and ensure that service offerings better correspond to your needs as well as to ensure a more convenient and secure user experience.
7.3.2. According to the purpose of processing the developer may use the following cookies:
7.3.2.1. Necessary cookies – necessary cookies enable you to access the developer’s website and its different parts. Necessary cookies are stored on your computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device while you visit the website and are essential for the functioning of the website, therefore it is not possible to disable them.
7.3.2.2. Analytical cookies – analytical cookies allow the developer to count website visits and analyse the origin of visits in order to measure and improve the performance of the website. Analytical cookies allow the developer to understand which parts of the website are visited the most and how visitors move around the website. If you refuse analytical cookies your visit will not be reflected in the website statistics.
7.3.2.3. Functional cookies – Functional cookies allow the website to remember the choices you have made, for example language preference or visit region.

7.3.2.5. Unclassified cookies – Unclassified cookies are cookies whose category has not been determined and which we are still classifying together with individual cookie providers.

7.4.1.1. Legitimate interest – the developer uses necessary cookies on the basis of legitimate interest, therefore it is not possible for you to refuse them.

7.4.2. Giving consent for the use of cookies or refusing it takes place according to the purposes of cookie use. If you consent to the use of cookies serving one category of purposes you consent to the use of all cookies serving that purpose on the website. We described the purposes of cookie use in more detail in the previous section.
7.4.3. Your consent for the use of cookies or refusal thereof is stored for 45 calendar days from the last change and the corresponding consent is device-specific.

8.2.1. the right to request access to data concerning you, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing;

8.2.3. the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transmit your personal data to another controller without hindrance (data portability);
8.2.4. the right to withdraw your consent;
8.2.5. In certain cases you have the right to request restriction of processing of personal data concerning you and the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you. If you find that your privacy has been violated, please contact the controller at info@rohekodu.ee. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of the country where your permanent residence is located.

8.4. Changing or withdrawing cookie preferences

11.1. This document has been prepared in Estonian and enters into force upon each publication on the website.
11.2. The developer has the right to change the policy unilaterally at any time.
