    Pikksilma 11 is a modern office building under development in a prestigious waterfront area of Tallinn city center. The location combines urban arteries, greenery, and views of Tallinn Bay — within close proximity are the Reidi Road promenade, Kadriorg Park, and several new residential developments. The building is planned as a four-story structure, with a small café on the ground floor. The basement floors are designed for parking and technical rooms, while the remaining floors provide office spaces.
